I'm a married mommy of 5 (youngest of which is 3). I worked in corporate marketing and sales in the hi tech industry for 25 years. Enough is enough. Now I'm home with my kids and loving it.

I am an avid health researcher and am constantly looking for ways to eat healthier and feed my family healthy foods.
