Theoretically, I do support the idea of having some exposure to toxins as long as it is occuring naturally. Let your body 'learn' to tackle these toxins which it is going to face on daily basis. Imagine you raise a child in 'clean' lab like environment. What will happen to this child when brought out in open. Let's face it, there is pollution and toxins every where. You have a choice. You live in a clean room or get normal exposure to toxins so that you body can learn to tackle them well. There are things you can do to teach your body to tackle such toxins. Things like regular detox of body, eating pro health food like fruits, vegetables, pro-biotic meals and taking enough(read plenty) of rest.

The question remains how little is safe. Well, maybe I sound a bit off the track here, I guess let the kids be kids. That is a good start. Rest don't bother to control the toxins. Doctors are right. Let there be some toxicity around so that we can grow stronger.
